The client’s objectives and expectations

Management and coordination of “Combined Test” activities.

Our main responsibilities

Ensure continuity in the management of onshore “Combined Tests” and the acceleration plan to support ramp-up. Provide support for pre-commissioning activities and lead teams at the logistics hub for nacelle and tower testing. These responsibilities are carried out in coordination with the commissioning manager and the project manager.

Project characteristics

  • The wind farm consists of 80 offshore wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6 megawatts (MW), for a total installed capacity of 480 MW.
  • The wind turbines are located 12 to 20 km off the Loire-Atlantique coast, over a total area of 78 km², at depths ranging from 12 to 25 m. The project generates the equivalent of 20% of Loire-Atlantique’s electricity consumption.

Results achieved

The success of the “combined test” team was to optimise the schedule and ensure that all equipment was installed offshore on time.

Dedicated project team.
