Coordination of commissioning for the various technical packages (HV/MV and LV electrical systems, emergency systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, etc…).
Our main responsibilities
- Incorporate client requirements in terms of methodology, performance indicators, and testing programme.
- Define the strategy for testing, commissioning, and start-up in order to meet contractual scheduling and control objectives.
- Document that the installation meets the contractual design objectives and regulatory requirements in terms of safety, functionality, and performance.
- Verify, during the course of the works, compliance with the prerequisites to ensure the proper sequencing of tasks in line with the overall schedule, guarantee safe execution of the work, and prevent the emergence of late, costly non-conformities.
- Propose a forecast testing schedule as well as a 3-day / 3-week rolling schedule during the testing phase.
- Propose methodological optimisations during the commercial phase.
