Albioma Le Gol
The client’s objectives and expectations
Convert the thermal installations of the Albioma Le Gol power plant, currently operating on a coal/bagasse model, to 100% biomass combustion, in compliance with applicable regulations (Decree 94, Decree 92, prevention plan). The project is carried out in Réunion Island and also includes works on the Le Port site.
Our main responsibilities
Test E/S et mise en service EIA
- Verification of energisation conditions and input/output testing.
- Inspection of cabling and document deliverables (certificates, tracking records, punch lists).
Management of site progress meetings.
- Organisation of weekly site progress meetings and updating of the “+” and “–” tracking dashboard.
Development of SNCC reference documents.
- Participation in the development of reference documents and reporting deviations from site guidelines.
Preparation of operating procedures.
- Preparation of procedures and operating instructions for the operations manual.
Project characteristics
- Full conversion of a coal and bagasse thermal power plant to biomass.
- Site in operation on the island of Réunion, in the commune of Le Port.
- Compliance with local environmental and energy regulations.

- Successful transition to a 100% biomass power plant, in compliance with environmental and performance standards.
