Our main responsibilities

–Monitoring and management of the various technical work packages (design studies and construction works).

–Management of project teams,

-Monitoring and ensuring adherence to the schedule,

–Leading and facilitating meetings,

–Management of the various project interfaces,

–Reporting to the “large projects” manager.

Project characteristics

Approximately 5 km of new networks per year for a distributed capacity of 9 MW.

Results achieved

Our employee was able to leverage their biomass combustion expertise to achieve an optimal boiler operating performance level.
